We will make sense of what you're carrying.
Family systems shape how we relate to others, how we understand ourselves, and what we believe is possible in our lives. When those patterns include silence, conflict, or unspoken expectations, it can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward.
For some, these experiences are also connected to deeper struggles such as mood challenges, complex trauma, or emotional patterns that feel overwhelming or difficult to explain. You may notice intense emotions, periods of depression, or lingering effects from past experiences that continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Therapy can create space to gently explore these patterns, understand where they come from, and begin building a relationship with yourself that feels more grounded, clear, and self-directed.

About Daniel
I’m Daniel, a graduate-level therapist providing remote therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout California.
My work is grounded in a systemic and relational perspective, which means I look closely at the family dynamics, cultural influences, and life experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others.
Many of the people I work with are exploring questions about identity, navigating complex family relationships, or trying to understand emotional patterns connected to mood challenges or past experiences of trauma. Together we create space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of the systems and environments that shaped those patterns.
As a queer therapist, I approach this work with a deep respect for the ways identity, culture, and family expectations intersect. Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are. It is about understanding your experiences with greater clarity so you can move through life with more autonomy, connection, and self-trust.
